Neptune, however, is the tricky part here, as it is "standard" Athena, and not Head of Pantheon Athena...
Generally speaking, and taking into account that WW comes armed with weapons that have proven on multiple occasions to be lethal to gods, I'd rank this way:
Athena/WW
Namor/Neptune
Hercules/Atlas
... though the A/WW team will have to make sure to double-team Neptune *hard* to make the victory (Namor - bless'im - is a non-factor in that teaming, as both Herc and especially Diana ultimately out-weigh him, so he is the weak-link in his team)... Athena as Skyfather will make out a little easier against Neptune, and have a more secure victory (though not a given, as both Hades and Neptune are practically equal to their brother...)
And, of course, this also assumes "standard" Herc, and not god-stompy whoop-ass Herc...
