Hm... I *think* that's current Terra aka Terra 3/Atlee, and as for Shrinking Violet, that'd be the threeboot version aka Atom Girl.
Now, Polarboy's not bad, he's got a fair amount of power and has accumulated some nice combat skills, but he's not going to last all that long against these foes.
Violet, on the other hand, has powerful blasters quite capable of taking Terra out and causing Star some pain, and she can go atom-sized. Dunno if superheating the area around herself might allow Kory to protect herself from Vi, but if she doesn't think of that, then Violet should manage a win.

Generally Terra/Starfire, but Violet can definitely make wins (and if she is clever, very decisive ones); Polar Boy, IMO, is the weakest link in this fight, though not inappropriately so -- he can hang, but has to really keep on his toes.
