Just playing off of the strength that WW Hulk one shotted Ares, and She-Hulk, and the fact that he was written to be the most powerful Hulk to date, I would tend to agree. After all Hercules with the help of Iron Man, Namor, Samson, and Wonder Man were being trashed by a weaker version.
I'm talking about when Hulk was mindless, and he trashed the Avengers. He took it to 2 confirmed class 100's and three others approaching class 100. he nearly even killed Namor. You're right though at one point Herc wasn't fighting back, because he was too busy licking the Hulks foot.
Professor Hulk would make things a bit better but team one would still beat the hell out of them. Simon could take the Thing if he tried, and stopped acting like an actor.
Herc could handle Colossus and Valkyrie.
Hulk could hold the rest until Herc finished mangling Val & Peter.
