Hm, Johnny can get hotter and is overall strong but I honestly doubt it matters. Since they're both immune to heat, it probably comes down to HtH, and I'd bet on the Checkmate agent there.

HTH wouldn't be in Johnny's favor since physical attacks wouldn't work well in Fire's form.
