Literally the only character Goku would stop at is Wally West Flash. And only because he is literally faster than death, and can run to the beginning of time and back. He's one of the most broken characters you can put in a vs. forum.
But Goku would beat all of them, no problem. Even with just SSJ3. He might have trouble with Odin, but he'd come out on top, if only because he's so much faster than him.

Exactly. He literally outran someone who teleported. Which would mean he appeared at the destination before he started running.
True, but that's explained by his lack of faith in himself. He didn't want to replace Barry Allen, so he unconsciously slowed himself down, so he would never be good enough to surpass him. When he finally did though, he became faster than any Flash.
He probably wouldn't be able to do anything that could hurt Goku, and he definitely wouldn't be able to get past his ki shields. His best chance would be catching Goku off-guard. But Goku wouldn't be able to kill him either, because he could simply run into the past before Goku could throw an attack. So it'd be a continuous loop, or the Flash would just go back in time and kill Goku as a baby. But he wouldn't do that, and would most likely send Goku to the end of time to face Entropy, where he would most likely die. Even if Goku could survive though, he'd die of starvation and lose.
Anyway, rambling aside, to wrap things up, this is a dumb thread. Not only are the characters in the dumbest order ever, putting Superman after Wally West Flash, but Wally West is too broken to even belong on this list. Especially if Goku can't even go SSJG or BSSJ.

The God power now belongs to Goku. Flash stealing EVERYONE'S speed that was on Earth to keep up with instantaneous teleportation was temporary. You get it now?
As far as I can tell, SSJGSSJ isn't inferior to SSJG. If we consider how close Goku's SBGSSJ form was to SSJG in his battle against Beerus, and that SSJGSSJ is superior to that by any significant margin, then I can't see it being that way.
Not to mention that Goku has gotten stronger base-wise.
