Nick Fury vs. Deathstroke (with a twist)

Both are in the Cancerverse as seen in the Thanos Imperitave, so neither can die and both are indestructible. They have to retrieve a bag of souls from Thanos' mouth. The souls contained in the bag are a variety of Batman's original Robins gathered from across the multiverse. Who can get to it first, and retrieve it without being killed?
