Deathstroke vs Shiva(weapon X enforcer)

the military want DS back in the program that helped birth him.
unknown to DS the program was an offshoot of weapon X.
they send Shiva to retrieve him can the legion program called shiva bring him in?

fight takes place in DS mansion home.

DS: staff, sword, grenades, laser pen, M16.

Shiva get's the switch and it's standard weaponry.
