not sure.

i dont know if Shaw can be overloaded..

but i can see Ms. Marvel able to take her own redirected punches for a good while..

i could see Ms. Marvel being smart enough to figure out quite quickly to grab him by the ankle and BFR or even tackle him and take him straight into space like she did the hulk skrull.

she could also try to joke him or pressure point him like she tried on sabe not sure how well that would work for her.

but, she is a pretty smart lady and doesnt succumb very often to the CIS hero stupidity as others like hulk and his enemies that would just rather trade punches.
