Aren't both Asgard and Olympus with Odin and Zeus currently on Marvel earth? Add in the Eternals, Thor, the Avengers, all the mages, all of the telepaths, all the mutants, SHIELD, FF4, Alpha Flight, the Hulks, and a ton of other miscellaneous characters and I don't its ganna happen.

without cis the shiar should be able to destroy earth before anyone can do shit about it. if they behave like the skrulls did, earth repels them

Massive Spite against Shiar. Marvel Earth is essenitally unconquerable. Squirrel Girl could repel the Invasion herself, and if she decided to stop and take a break for lunch Doom and Reed could use this time to prep and come up with any assortment of ridiculous ways to win.

Vulcan with powers of Cyttorak is very powerful combination.
Vulcan would need to be smart and use his army to take out the reality warpers on Earth like Scarlet Witch, Franklin Richards and Molecule Man.
If he can strike first and kill them with pre-emptive strike, then Vulcan and Shiar can win and conquer Earth.
