Okay some clarity.This is a fight were The Chaos King isn't really around.It was The Chaos King's Minions that took on The Great Beasts and Alpha Flight.If The Chaos King was there, The Great Beast and Alpha Flight wouldn't last 20 seconds.
This shows what Amatsu-Mikaboshi's is dreaming while he sleeps.The Chaos King referred to The Amatsu-Kami as his cousins.Is there a possibility that an Amatsu-Kami ended up as a host for the Chaos King?
Alright!I'm gonna shoot down the argument that The Chaos King only destroyed one Universe, or the saying "616 is a Multiverse" crap argument.I'm gonna use some on panel scenes from Defenders Vol.3 #3 to prove this guys should have believed Amadeus Cho in the first place.
With a shift in the cosmic axis and with some help from his sister Umar, Dormammu defeats 616 Eternity.
But what is this?Dormammu states "Worlds within Worlds" ,"Dimensions folding into themselves!" ,"Entire Universes being born and collapsing into ruin!" ,"And yet I sense that all this--is but the merest fraction of what Eternity is!" Could it be 616 Eternity as an Aspect, still represents Multi-Eternity?Oh wait!Its true!Its damn true!
Remember Dormammu plans to detonate the Heart of Eternity to trigger a "Creation Event".He even describes "Eternal Nothingness and Oceanic Void."He recreates the Multiverse in his own image known as the "Dormammuverse".
Oceanic Void and Eternal nothingness?Doesn't that remind as of someone?Oh yeah! The Chaos King!Chaos King is Multiversal and is the Void in the beginning.Defenders Vol 3 #3 proves that.
John prays to The One Above All.There have been speculation as to who is this One Above All.The most notoriously implied one is the Thunderbird.Then why did the Thunderbird have to send the Dead X-men to muir island?This would imply that The One Above All being the Thunderbird didn't need help from the dead X-men.He would have simply unlocked the Gate by then.My speculation is that it could be the Demiurge since it was the first being to appear out of the Darkness and it birth the Elder Gods(who degenerated into demons with the exception of Gaea of course).The Demiurge could be an aspect of TOAA.Who knows?After all, TOAA helped Thor defeat Glory(who was amped by the Chaos King) according to Becca.
Okay!Another trip to Marvel History.If anyone here remembers what a Time Bubble is, Fred Van Lente and Greg Pak may have actually used it as a reference on how or what the Chaos King is capable of.here's a description of what a time bubble is.

Though I like this thread as well...I am curious. Do you think Mikaboshi LITERALLY absorbed the entire Multiverse, the billions of separate realities? Or just the "multiverse" of dimensions associated with the Earth-616 reality, such as the divine realms and Hell?
There is reason to believe Mikaboshi/Chaos King actually did.At first I only believed he is the dark half of 616 Eternity(who is one of the universal aspects of True/Multi-Eternity) who appeared in Chaos War#2 and explained why he cannot fight the Chaos King.But after reading Defenders Vol 3 #3 were Dormammu and Umar defeated 616 Eternity due to a shift in the cosmic axis, I was surprised at what Dormammu said after going inside 616 Eternity.He said "Worlds within Worlds","Dimensions" and "Universes."How come he was seeing Universes inside 616 Eternity?If he only said Worlds within Worlds and Dimensions, that would imply he was only inside 616 Eternity.And the best part is that he said this is only a mere fraction of what Eternity is.Clearly he was inside True/Multi-Eternity.And he started seeing an Oceanic Void and wave of Eternal Nothingness that according to Dormammu that preceded the birth of form/creation.This goes with what FVL said about the Marvel Universe in the beginning.And the fact he describes the Chaos King as the angry manifestation of that Oceanic Void and Eternal Nothingness which was found inside Multi-Eternity.Further saying Chaos King is also the Dark Half of True/Multi-Eternity.This would mean he has the power to reduce the Marvel Multiverse into nothingness.Here's the scan of Dormammu being inside True/Multi-Eternity.

In the aftermath of Chaos War, Bruce Banner went to Hercules for help believing he still have The Power of an All-Father to help his family of Hulks.Hercules mentions being guided by the wisdom beyond all our ken.
Hercules:"But know this Bruce Banner, when I grasped that power, I was guided by the wisdom beyond all our ken.And If you weren't healed, then perhaps that is as it should be."
Is this another reference to The One Above All?Then again, the dead X-men did succeed in their mission to awaken The One Above All.And take note, Alpha Flight were the only ones restored to life.But Hercules mentions that he was guided by a wisdom beyond all our ken.So this would imply that Hercules doesn't have full authority on the power he wielded.
