Wolvie vs Bats special edition

Wolvie and Bats are locked in a 2x2 meters steel room. Room's roof is 1 inch higher than Wolvie. Wolvie is naked but has a cigar. Bats has armor and batarangs but no belt.

Bats: What are you, dense? Are you retarded or something? Who the hell do you think you are smoking in a closed environment? I'm the goddamn Batman.

Wolvie: Bub, I've been smokin since you were in batdiapers, you ain't takin my nicotine. SNIKT!

PIS is off, what happens? fight is to death. If you think Bats can't do it, he's resurrected for round 2 with the memories of the last combat and can use his utility belt. Winner fights a PISless CISless fully equipped Fantomex.

... so Batman in a 2x2 meter room with Wolverine where he can't even stand up strait, let alone leap around and dodge properly?

This fight takes no time whatsoever, with or without belt.
