not really, elektra capitain america, cassandra, daredevil they're all in logan's speed class and some are faster.
spider-man has other protrayals that show him being much faster than peak humans in general when properly motivated and that are above logan's bullet timing feats, like catching bullets. the fact that narration on one comic put them as equals does not mean that when their whole careers are analyzed, spider-man isn't faster.
How is that any different from the times DD and NW have shown after-images?

Not single one of them is faster. Not one. in fact he faster then any of them aside from perhaps capt.

Spiderman does not have a single speed feet beyond wolverine. I will gladlly battle zone you. Spiderman has superior agility, but his speed is identical almost. Were do you get this information?
It not been one comic. They have repeatedly been display on the same level of speed when they have fought next to eachother and against. Wolverine has also fought all of spiderman rogue for the most part and easily match them in speed. And spiderman went up against sabre-tooth and kinda look even inferior in speed. I dont know were you coming up with this crap, but it not true. And love to see you try and proof it. But I have strong feeling you won't provide me with anyingthiing I have not only seen but can match.
Bill never fought at hyperspeed. This is like saying that if I fight you then I'm fighting at mega speeds since I'm moving around the axis of Earth and the Earth is moving around the sun and the sun is moving around the galaxy and the galaxy is moving...
