Eh, Sinister and Stryfe can take out Absorbing Man and maybe Rulk at the start of the match (I don't think Rulk has shown any TP resistance?), and Mags can one shot Ultron and then it's 6 vs 3
That being said, Loki is the best on the field, and noone but Vulcan is really equipped to deal with his or Doom's magic (and even then, Vulcan can only manipulate magical blasts etc they send at him).
Team 1 6/10 due to the fact they can in a few seconds halve team 2's numbers.
ultron, absorbing man and rulk are out of the picture completely due to mags, styfe and sinister. then it's 6 vs 3 in favor of magneto and apocalypse's team.

Vulcan absorbed Adam Warlocks magiks while laughing.
Stating that magic was just energy as well.
Weakened Adam forcing Magus out of him then had to make a hastey escape.
how does team 1 barely have a chance? three of the second team's players are pretty much completely useless whereas team 1's players all bring something to the table. and apocalypse is roughly on par with loki from the scans i've seen people post of their fight, magneto is at least on par with doom, hyperion can't take down juggernaut, etc. etc.
plus, there is also vulcan who can just absorb the magic out od doom and loki.
meh poccy is a losing loser. mags is a good match for doom, but has little answer for the magic loki and him pack. team 1 depends mostly on vulcan being enough to counter their magics and being the **** up that he is, I dont think he would succeed in doing it in a prolongued battle with multiple other opponents - not to mention king hype could rip his head off.
classic jugs can be asily bfred and current jugs would have his ass pummelled to a pulp by king hyperion as the fight went on. absorbing man is not be underestimated either.
Absorbing Man and Rulk are taken out instantly by Sinister & Stryfe, and Ultron can be destroyed in a few seconds by Magneto seeing as he's not prepping for the encounter.
color me skeptical. that scenario while possible is unlikely in an all out battle because of the sheer chaos envolved in it. ultron is a bad matchup against magneto, but mags can be occupied by others whil ultron does his thing.
team 2 has enough collective resources to shield the minds of creel and rulk and hyperion is also the only blitzer on the field.
At the battle starts I can't see anything happening being faster than a mind rape the second the match begins- including Loki or Doom pulling some kind of TP defence.
