I'm thinking Fat Cobra will be like Kingpin x 100 for Spidey.
Steel Serpent, a peer of Danny, was able to rock Spidey with his blows. Perhaps he even knocked him out... And Danny himself has had an effect on Spidey.
Yet, Fat Cobra literally shrugged off his blows. NOTHING Danny did, seemed to cause any serious damage... And not only that, but Fat Cobra was quick enough to catch IF flat footed with a straight punch.
And that one punch caused more damage then IF's flying kick, elbow, and punch to boot.
So we're talking at least as fast as IF, if not faster, and a hell of a lot more durable, and probably stronger (At least stronger then his baseline, without charging up the IF).
Spidey ain't beating him down, which means he'll need to try webbing him up or fighting dirty.
