Vision, Thor, and Scarlett Witch, vs Speed Metal
Speed Metal is three speedster robots from the 27th century sent to kill the future Flash. Their powers are being able to phase through objects, make themselves so dense even Wally can't phase through them, and having speed enough to almost keep up with Wally after he first starts tapping directly into the speed force. Wally's faster, but not enough to shake them.
They also never get tired.
