Nice parallel matchup. I'll say if Cloak is well fed to the point of being tangible, I'd favor the X-Men. If not, I'll lean towards C&D.

Team Two destroys 10/10. Cloak is useless in this fight. He can't BFR them since Nightcrawler tps in and out of the Dark Dimension. They destroy Dagger then Dazzler overloads Cloak with light, making him tangible and they pummel him.

Or Cloak can take Dagger and run for their lives. Either way, Team Two wins.
