cause at his fastest he outruns Wally who is proven faster than the black racer which no new god can outrun. So at the very least Orion can't hit him at worst Orion is going to get pummeled horribly.
Orion 5-6/10- Flash is faster but Orion can take more damage and dish more out, he is fast enough to tag Flash once or two times and then it's game over.

mb is a plot device. if used as it typically is it won't let him catch barry. i doubt barry ko's him before orion takes to the air though so it could be a stalemate. if orion tries to fight h2h or gets in close barry would beat him i think.
