Red Skull had merged with a charged Cosmic Cube. He was warping the planet, took over Earth and ripped Korvac's atoms apart. He takes down Thanos something fierce. Thanos might have a Cap jobber aura moment as the underdog, maybe. But it's a slim chance.

Then Captain America beats them both with antimatter.
