A stalemate I'd imagine. I don't recall Kitty ever being frozen while phased, but it is possible she has.

Iceman can still be killed...in his normal, non-ice god version. Kitty can probably do a pseudo teleport and teleport Iceman's head off by phasing Bobby's head out of sync with earth's rotation. And Iceman can probably go absolute zero and stop Kitty's molecular motion. Probably.
