It's really disturbing that Dark of the Moon did so well, considering how shitty #2 was.

Goddamnit, I'm torn because on the one hand I'm pleased that the #1 spot is taken by a Sci-Fi/Adventure, but it sucks that it's one with such a lack of complexity and depth as Avatar. I think that says a lot about the state of the world...

I finally saw The Avengers last night. I usually wait about a month before I go to any big movie at the cinemas, since there are too many potential factors for a bad movie experience like talkers, cell phones, and babies.
This movie is easily one of the greatest comic book films ever made. However, as awesome as Avengers is, it's only the second best comic book film with Sin City being first on my list.
