Justice League: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Cyborg
Acts of Vengeance: Loki, Doctor Doom, Magneto, Red Skull, Kingpin, Mandarin, The Wizard
Location: Abandoned city unfamiliar to both teams
Rules: Both teams get 2 days Preptime, No BFRs/Ringouts, No wins via speedblitz, Teams start the battle 50ft away from each other

Magneto alone is going to play havoc with this team, who are, to be fair, largely featless. I can see JLA putting up a fight, but not so sure they'll win.
New issue on wednesday though, so maybe they'll look good in that.

I liked the the team, but the only problem is that the Prime Movers, the Acts of Vengeance team, didn't work well together.
