Back in the 90s, Jean with a sliver of the PF, tapped into the power of a few mutants on a world the Celestials were about to judge and focused the power through Cyclops' optic blast, blowing off Arishem's Hand of Judgement and causing the Celestials to flee. That wasn't anywhere near the full PF too.
Now? Who knows, but I'm going with Team 2. Since that appearance it's been humiliated by Xorn, a freaking mutant. And that humiliation was cemented in later showings, he literally blew the PF itself apart with a "planetary level emp" attack. I'm betting a Celestial is at least capable of reproducing said effect and owning the PF again.
Then again, since that showing the Celestials have been shown to have a hyperspace weakness. If the PF or it's avatar know of this and can produce hyperspace energies, the Celestials get KO/Killed like Exitar was. But since it's 2 against 1, I'm betting even if the hyperspace weakness is known and used, one of them will act fast enough to EMP it's ass down. Team 2 still wins.
