fist vs chin

Who has the most powerful punch, in terms of actual damage? Standard fighting stance, flat footed. Using the hips and shoulders. Not flying in at super speed, 2nd party assist, power rings, infinite gems or other upgrades.

Who has taken the strongest punch? Based upon on panel showings, not speculation. Without the aid of special armor, mystical enchantments, or tech upgrades.

ammm... is this thread meant to show us that you know how to throw a punch? seeing how you state the usage of hips and all that crap? seriously its 2011 everybody knows the basics of punching erm
