(Minus Tobi) The kages don't get their body guards. Who wins?
In the chaos of this fight, White Zetsu can impersonate others and go all subterfuge. He'd be awesome.
I'm assuming Orochimaru is here. Man if the fight takes place at the Summit, it would be pretty entertaining to watch. Some potential fights....
Itachi and Kisame vs Raikage and the CD duo. Raikage has a beef with the Uchiha and Kisame is likely to stick by Itachi's side.
Deidara vs Onoki. Again, this one is a thing where both have a beef with one another. This would likely take place outside of the Summit building.
Danzo and Root vs Pain. Really the only pair I'd put at having a chance against Pain and considering what happened years prior to the story, Nagato would probably be rather pissed at him.
On the contrary, his spore + chakra sucking capabilities would work well in this particular battle. No one at the Kage summit could detect his spore tech.
Anyway, if the Kages got their bodyguards, and had the teamwork they demonstrated against Madara (assuming Danzou worked with them), they'd have a good chance of actually winning this. They lose horribly otherwise.

What about the Cloud bunch? Their speed and C's genjutsu seems like they might be pretty good at getting past Deva's defense (C blinds most of 'em, Darui fires Black lightning, Deva deflects, Raikage rushes into the gap).
Well Black lightning seems to take prep(but I'm nitpicking). Really, the problem with this is the Human Path would be a bad matchup to A. He rushes in to attack Deva, some random Path takes the hit, and then Deva uses Bansho Tensei to pull him into Human Path, who takes out his soul.
Danzo and Izanagi could be replaced with a middle finger to his opponent for 10 minutes really, giving him more time to work with and less worry. He's not going to out stamina Nagato in a hundred years so he'd have to figure out how to beat him within that time slot.
Sure, before Tobi convinced them all to join up. Against Madara, they were working pretty well together all things considered.
It doesn't affect a huge area, so I don't think he would trap more than half of them, never mind any summons that Animal has out.
Ultimately depends on which ones he gets.
