Rukia is good all the time Q99. The only reason she lost her powers was because she was unsure she was even worth having them on a subconscious level. And for just cause.
Note that I don't consider strong female characters to literally mean just really super strong(but even if that were the case the Zero Division has 2 ladies and that's a group stronger than all the Gotei 13). I just want them to be well rounded with strengths and weaknesses and a clear goal in life. That can apply to a lot of the female characters in Bleach.
So I'm not sure if anyone cares but soon Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece will all be on Toonami. Uncut version of One Piece by the way but I really hope they keep the 4Kids theme song. It's impossible to hate.
All 3 are way too behind to matter to us since we read the manga but I like the fact that they'll soon be on the same programming block that they should have stayed on.
Talk about break neck pace. Naruto blitzed through a lot of Hashirama's lifetime and One Piece ended with [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Luffy finding out about the Mera Mera.
Not much happened in Bleach, but at least Masaki did something ballsy.
Hashirama's flashback finally ended in Naruto, and we got to see the conclusion of the VoTE fight, but Kishi still left out a major section. Did laugh at the way Hashirama took out Madara though. Maybe that is how Naruto would have beaten Sasuke had Naruto never gone through his whole overcoming hatred schtick.
Meh. Average for both.

Bleach was awesome. Naruto was alright. One Piece probably would have been number two but I honestly don't like many of the characters introduced. I'm not even interested really and for a character introduction chapter that isn't good.
But then again mother ****ing Burgess made it worth it so I hold onto the right to switch the two whenever I feel like it.
