2000ft Destroyer couldnt do anything significant to the Celestials; it was only able to cause meaningless cosmetic damage and nothing more...
Galactus KO'ed one at the very least...
IMHO, team 2 would be crushed by 4 Celestials; Galactus was winning against these same 4 Celestials in comparison...
Thus very well fed Galactus wins in both senario's...

The version of Galactus you indicated in the OP is very well fed; he ate 4 planets before he took on those Celestials...
Thus his showing against Chaos King/Zeus is irrelevant here...
