What happens when Johnny Sorrow looks at these guys?

Johnny Sorrow warps a collective bunch of villains to stand before him, all of whom must directly stare into his face after he takes off his mask. What happens to them? Are they killed instantly? Turned into stone like Shazam? BFRed like Captain Atom? Or some other effect based off their respective powers? Or nothing at all?
