2-3 gives a round of firing to the droids, and they take advantage. Jelena and the Senator both takes damage from concentrated bursts at close range. A burst gets through to the remaining bodyguard, barely saved by the now-shattered door frame and his light armor vest.
Jelena exacts her revenge for this turn's damage by advancing and flaying open a battle droid. Vimus follows, reluctant to give up your gracious defense of his person, blasting at a droid point blank. It refuses to go down completely but the bodyguard picks it off.
