Batman, but it would be an extremely good fight. You could make an argument for Zemo winning the prep fight, too.
I think Zemo would take it in the sword fight, though.

Hell no. Batman's not that good.
I'd say a prep war could go either way; Zemo's a tactical genius as well. At best, I see Batman pulling a 6/10 on Zemo in either scenario.

Zemo was very impressive in Thunderbolts.
And he wasn't even a main character, he was basically just a prop for Songbirds story.

He routinely fights Ra's al Ghul in sword fights, whom Zemo would clearly beat, imo.
In said sword fights, he usually uses a scimitar or another curved sword.
