I think watching it with your eyes open should suffice.
You Thor fans seem to have had your eyes closed throughout the entire film... Maybe if you wish hard enough, reality will alter to suit your desires.
Then again, maybe not.
Hulk was just too fast for Thor to get any distance or even to react to Hulk.
Just like Loki, Thor was merely a ragdoll in Hulk's hands. Only saving grace was that Hulk was distracted by the jetfighter (which scared the shit out of Thor, btw!).
Yeah cause I remember all those times Hulk dodged Thor's hits.. No wait.. It was the other way around!
Until he tried grappling with the Hulk, Thor was not doing bad at all against the Hulk in H2H.
He was evading most the Hulk's hits. He was clearly faster and more mobile (in combat).
And his Mjolnir strike clearly did hurt Hulk.
And this was all in an indoor brawling environment. So it was without any flight, One-Shot Levithian destroying Lightning Shots or Destroyer whipping Hurricanes.
If Thor's in flight mode, and the fight's outdoors then Hulk will be very fortunate to even land one blow on Thor. Just like the Destroyer with his energy beams couldn't land a shot, so I don't see the Hulk's fists doing any better tbh.

Thor was ducking and weaving from Hulk's blows, as seen in the fight.
When Hulk tried to blitz Hulk, he got his chin smacked by Mjolnir, as seen in the fight.
The fight went back and forth, with them being even in the start, Thor holding the advantage in the middle, and Hulk holding the advantage at the end. Janus would have you believe Hulk stomped Thor, but janus is an idiot which thankfully most people realise.
Not really, Thor had the advantage at the start. Hulk only got one hit during the start and that was because Thor tried to talk to him and Hulk cheapshot him. From beginning to middle of the fight, Hulk was only able to land ONE shot. Towards the end though it was all Hulk.
I counted how many hits each combatant got in. Both Thor and Hulk were able to get 5 hits in. Thor made all of his 5 hits in the beginning and middle of the fight. Hulk got 1 hit in during the beginning, then the rest of the 4 in the end. Here, I'll list all the hits that both were able to land:
Thor:
1. Tackling Hulk through wall
2. Straight punch at Hulk after dodging Hulk's blows
3. Mjolnir uppercut on Hulk
4. Flying Knee
5. Choke hold
Hulk:
1. Big punch while Thor was trying to talk to Hulk
2. Slamming Thor through ceiling as Thor tried to choke Hulk
3. Hulk picked up Thor and slammed him again on floor
4. Hulk picked up Thor and threw him against wall
5. Famous sucker punch near the end of the movie
I didn't include the overhead punch Hulk delivered that Thor was able to block, neither did I include the hammer throw where Hulk caught Mjolnir.
The thing with a fight is it doesn't matter if you have the advantage at the start or not. All that matters is who has at the end. And in this case Hulk had Thor down. However, I will admit Thor fared rather well and in an open environment Thor would undoubtedly do far better.
The way I see it is if Thor decides to brawl with Hulk but if he hangs back and is smart with his powers he wins.
Well we could also say that Thor wasn't finished yet though. It just so happens that the jet fighter interrupted during the time when Hulk was dominating. Had the jet interrupted right after Thor delivered the flying knee, then people would wrongly assume that Thor was winning the fight.
Who knows what would have happened if the jet didn't interrupt. It's not like Thor looked like he was about to get knocked out.
Right now as it stands, I think the best assumption people could come up with was that the fight was more or less even. As a brawl anyway, it was more or less even.
They stalemated. I don't see how anyone can think otherwise. They both staggered each other and neither was really hurt. It looked like the fight could go on and on. Should've made an extended fight between Thor and Hulk for the BlueRay/DVD
Yeah I mean basically Hulk was winning at the end when Thor tried grappling with the Hulk.
Before that Thor was getting way more hits in because he was faster and more mobile so able to evade the majority of Hulk's hits.
In fact before Thor tried grappling with the Hulk, the only hit Hulk got was when Thor tried talking to him.
Still Ares is right. In H2H I would expect Hulk to win. In an open environment though where Thor uses all his Powers obviously Thor would do a heck of a lot better and most likely win.
Yeah, they should have made the Hulk/Thor fight at least as long as the Ironman/Thor fight. Ironman's cool and all, but everyone knows that it's Hulk that Thor needs to fight.
Yeah, I think the biggest mistake Thor made was when he applied that chokehold on Hulk. That's when the grappling started. He should have just smashed Hulk again with Mjolnir and kept his distance.
