"Hulk is too fast for Thor and Thor doesn't have the reflexes or skill to handle him in close quarters."

"...er, what about the film showing exactly that? And the fact that A.) Thor specifically said he didn't want to hurt Banner and B.) He was fighting in cramped quarters?"

"...nothing Thor can do can hurt Hulk."

"Um, he hurt Hulk when he hit him with Mjolnir."

"......his lightning would have no effect on Hulk because Iron Man was able to withstand it."

"Well, Iron Man's armor was able to power up from electricity. Hulk has no such ability and Thor's lightning was able to damage Chitauri vessels and cause them to explode. There's also the fact that Thor's lightning can be dropped nigh instantly and effect a very large area as seen in his solo movie. What feats did Hulk show to justify him not being harmed at all by lightning?"

"It was a sneak attack."

All joking aside, if this stays a purely physical melee orientated contest where Hulk can exploit his advantages, it's his fight to win.

If Thor decides to use flight and weather control, it's his fight to win.

All in all, it basically becomes the equivalent of how Thor/Hulk always generally seems to go.
