Heh, I ended up feeling so bad for exploiting the hell out of Aquaman's trident move, I switched to Green Arrow, and pretty much got stomped. Yet I didn't feel bad in the least...
Maybe there's something wrong with me, but I like feeling like I've earned my wins, you know?
On the other hand, on principle I don't see anything wrong with spamming, because that's been a facet of the game for a long time... A guy has to learn how to deal with spamming eventually.

anyone have the problem that they absolutely can not play this game? It freezes as soon as I get to the screen that explains the auto save icon. I hope the new update tomorrow fixes this for me!
It froze up for me once on that part today too, but only once. The main problem I was having was not getting today's daily challenge when I had fulfilled the requirements at least more than once (doing Bane's super move a total of 5 times in any mode online), and yet Nemesis here who I was playing with still got the challenge when we were in the same KotH room. wtf
Am sure tomorrow's update will fix it though. If not, then the day after, like how it took them a day after release to fix the issue with the free compatibility pack, where it wasn't "free" at first.
Regardless, ironic that Batgirl comes out the same day the new Xbox is revealed, for the better or worse...
And no cdtm, you're in the right state of mind; it's good to feel you actually earned your wins though playing skillfully/tactically, over spamming. I guess losing right when you switched to Green Arrow was karma for ya though. But true, learning how to deal with spamming is sadly, what most have to do eventually.

Yeah very noob friendly. I played someone that was a lvl 28. their win/loss was 1 and 6. I saw the stats and thought "hummm i'll play as people I don't know very well to be fair" and beat them every time... they picked Batgirl and I picked Nightwing and they beat the crap out of me...I thought wow am I this bad with nightwing?! So I used Green Arrow and they beat the crap out of me again using Batgirl....So when they picked her again I was like no way im losing again.....im using my Flash. They tore me up terribly. This happened a few other times also. One guy was chaining combos to the point I couldn't even fight back. My assumption is she has to be the noob character because
1). She came out today and not only could I not beat her with my best characters. I didn't even come close....I may not be the greatest player but the other player was fairly new to online.
2). Those teleport moves are worse then skarlets from MK9....Heck the teleport where she grabs you is probably as bad as scorpions from MK9....
No argument there. Just from practicing with her some I could tell she was.. what you said. I hardly use her 'teleport' though, but most of her other specials. It's easier to interrupt or cancel her super at least she since has to be in the air to use it like Cyber Subzero's x-ray.

lol I like that NR kind of makes it seem like they knew she was going to be like this. After she beats the first bar off of someone she says "im a real pain in the @ss aren't I?" lol As for her Teleport...I feel that should have been her character power or made it the way it is. I thought it was a cool idea but having her poof from one side of the screen and grab you no matter where you are is a little OP. It can be blocked sure but honestly its so fast it can be hard to react to. I mean I will have to adapt to her style but shes pretty infuriating lol
EDIT: I did like that she had a jumping Super! and your right it does make it easier stop or avoid!
I don't think her teleport is the worst or like most OP one I've seen in general. MK9 Scorpion's teleport I didn't feel was that hard to read or predict either. Smoke's on the other hand...
But yeah, I wouldn't of minded either if that had just been her character trait.
It's probably the character. Could be the guy's a sneak who practiced on an alt account, though.

Well yeah smokes was crazy. Add a bar of energy and it was unblockable. Like I sad it will take sometime to get use to fighting against her but her TP is just hard to react to.
That is also another possibility for sure. Its just it was day one of her release...
on another note I just learned how to do Solomon Grundays grapple combos.
So Batgirl outclasses Lobo, then? Is she fun to play?
I didn't get the pass, but I won't cry about eating five dollars if all the dlc is worth buying.

lol Well as ridley said she plays like batman should and her moves are pretty unique so Id say if you don't mind having so many bat related characters then shes worth it imo.
I personally only wanted her because I have an 8 year old nephew and I have been teaching him about comic books since he was 2. He looks up to me and loves talking about them with me. This way when ever he gets to come visit I have the full cast to pick from.
I guess you could say she's fun to play with, but yeah. She definitely outclasses Lobo as far as gameplay tiers go. I hear Lobo's actually low/bottom tier due to having trouble getting in against good zoners. Well that and his slowness. Wouldn't be surprised if Batgirl was top tier.
Like with some of the MK9 DLC characters, they made Batgirl a lot more versatile than most of the retail characters, though you'll get used to her teleport thing over time, thus being able to better react to it eventually.
Anyone else having problems online after the latest patch?

you know Batgirl is such a noob friendly character BUT She works wonders against zoner spamming!
Today I was playing someone who thought it would be cool to spam with sinestro and I thought "ooh what the heck next match I'll play batgirl." I dominated them. Then they tried to spam Black Adams Lightning and I dominated once again!! They then tried to get up close and play legit and I dominated again and then they quit. If someone spams use her teleport with a meter burn and start doing combos like crazy and don't let up!
