Kusarigama: A Katana with a serrated edge that has a hidden chain sickle attached. A sword known to have killed over 300 People. It's Blade was forged with a magic flame from fragments of a meteor that landed on the planet. It is so sharp that it is known to slice right through most Water and light elements.
Spells:
Darkness Spells
Slipheed
Casts a silhouette of darkness around Jack that dulls the sences of who ever looks at him and even allows him to move around in the dark unseen.
Dolum
Creates an illusion in the brain of his victims that make's them see up to 4 other Jack's that attack when only one of them is real.
Energy Spells
Raiki:
Electricity flows through his body allowing him to move at high speed, Charge his weapons with the electricity, and even shot it a short distance from his hands.
Frenzy:
Produces a electrical magnetic pulse that can either draw in magnetic objects or repulse them, it can also act as a shield.

Jack's Oath was sealed away by Dominus because of how blood thirsty Jack was. Dominus knew he would try to use it on him any chance he got.

Other Information: Jack was a skilled swords mine who got his release from killing people strong or weak, just the taste of blood fueled him. Jack's most favorite victims where women, they gave him his most release. The way he killed his victims branded him the name Jack The Ripper. Growing up Jack over came so much pain that now it's just another way he gets off. He had trained himself in what is known as the Lingering death, which makes one hundred cuts in the victims body without killing them from hitting any fatal points allowing the target to bleed out in pain. One day Jack had heard through the grape vine that their was someone out their stronger then him and with a even stronger bloodlust. After getting directions he had finally come to a village who buildings where stained in blood and the smell of rotting corpses filled the air. Jack had stepped into a bar there he saw a man standing by the bar drinking tea as if life around him stood still. The feel of death illuminated from him, it was clear he was the one that put the village in the state it was in. Jack drew his blade as the man sipped his tea "Die!" JAck yelled. Using his magic he moved at high speed but all the man did was was draw his sword with one hand and sipped his tea with the other. Jack launch s fury of powerful blows forming a 360 of attacks around the man. However the man easily fended off ever attacks using his one hand and not moving a single inch, till his blade came down cutting Jack across the stomach. Blood spilled onto the floor this man was strong but he wasn't giving up. Jack's Teeth became sharp his skin became scaly and a repteal like tail started to grow, but in an instant is was gone his inside where on fire and into his right arm went the mans sword as he said to him. " A man with a bloodlust similar to mine can be useful, serve me and I will let you spill as much blood ad you'd like." Jack nodded and from their everything changed he served Dominus.

Personally I don't like it... but that's just because it goes against my dibs and it dictates things.
The position of Commander as 2nd in Command was called by me, but I guess that doesn't really matter to anyone *sigh*..
Also, you dictated that Dominus went to bars to drink and used a sword to fight. I'm also a little disturbed about the things that I made unique about Black that your character has such as having his oath sealed off and having him recruited after being defeated.. *sigh* doesn't matter though, does it..

I was just in a bad mood. With Nate posting about how he made such a long speech then rushing in like I asked not to. Then with the character sheet seeming to match the ranks, even though I called dibs. It was just a lot of bad stuff at once. This is unhosted, it's just certain things get to me. If both of our characters are a Commander Ranking making them both Dominus' 2nd in Command then he would have both of them nearby. Instead of saying Commander, maybe we could say... my character is his "Right hand man" and your character is his "Left hand man" and at the time of the city being attacked, yours just happened to be on another mission for him or somewhere else in the city doing things.

.... Nate did you... Did you just ATTACK Black right after... Okay let me put this into coherent words.
Nate, did your character just try to stab Black right now?
EDIT: Okay. Nate logged out. and... I'm under the impression that his character just tried to stab black 5 seconds after I complained about it and Starry made the comment about running off toward the city and not into the city. .... anyone mind telling me how I should respond to this or do I get to respond with my own creativity, because god knows I can tear a void in the fabric of reality and make his dragon oath eat him.
EDIT 2: I'm a bit "Raging" right now so I'm going to go sit down. I'll be back in about an hour. If I don't get an answer, I'm going to... go ahead and post again. Smiles.

Nope. Get stabbed in the stomach then thrown into a house. I recommend not getting back up of course. Black will take out anyone in a single strike. It's meant to show just how overwhelmingly powerful he is in comparison to our characters. And Dominus is even more powerful then that. If Black attacks you again (or Shota for that matter) it would kill them. So I really, honestly, seriously, just cannot stress how much I recommend... that you don't... get... back... up.
