You're using his ability to cast the curse as proof that the imperio amps magical ability, therefore you have to prove that Krum was unable to cast the curse before being placed under the imperio.

They can cast shielding above any structure. What made you think it was only Hogwarts ? The shields stop force and destroys whatever troops run into the invisible barriers. You claimed the numkes break the shields so the claim is yours to back.
