I'm glad you have an extensive Bio that explains how a 16 year old can be capable of Kaine's level of expertise because that wouldn't be fair he just picked that stuff up from here and there. Just my personal opinion because I have no say in approving characters. But there's a character that's a technopath. I wonder how Kaine and Tech will work together?

Im glad you like it! Yeah I figured it would have to be justified how he can do what he can and I totally forgot about the technopath.. That works out great given my guy would most likely need the help tinkering and repairing it after he bangs it up most likely flying it into a wall.

In RP? Technically, you could probably just jump in right now. But it's not recommended, since they're in the middle of a mission. You could probably do what I was going to do and do something unrelated, but that might be a bit confusing. My recommendation is to wait until after they've finished their current mission to start posting. Are you going to be a Titan who was recruited earlier and just didn't show up on the mission or are you going to be recruited after this mission?

As the dummies rushed onto Nova, she had turned with a swift fierceness with flickers of heat flickering from her body. She threw a punch toward each dummy, sending off waves of fire from her strikes to destroy each one. After the field was cleared of enemies, her fists smoke. Nova turns again, looking off into the distance from Titan's Tower, wondering about the rest of her team. "I wonder where the others went..."
Oh I see. I'll wait then. Honestly I had the idea of having him just wake up unbothered by the alarm and mayhem above him and oblivious of the danger his new teammates were facing. Being used to sleeping threw loud noises and sounds of battle lol.
Figured he would still be new as one of the newest recruits or something like that.

You know... I'm curious. There weren't just the five Teen Titans. There were also the Titans East, Titans (South)? Etc. Starry, we could have multiple teams.
Benefit.
1.) Less people required per mission.
2.) Imagine 8 RPers whole. 4 per team. While 4 go on a mission, the other 4 could play the enemies.
Powers: Flamable Oily Loogies, Super strength and bonelessness (Can slip in and out of tight spaces easily!)

Skills/abilities: As an aquatic creature, she can breathe underwater and swim very fast. Her tentacles can stretch/extend and retract, her often using them as whips or to carry something or someone. :3 Those cute little suckers can stick to most surfaces.
Personality: Cutesy but Bossy at the same time. She takes any harmful act personally even if the villain has hurt the others in her group already as if she expects the villain to know better than to touch her or try and hurt her. Despite the fact that she seems to not let little things stress her, she can be very sensitive out of nowhere. ((ex: "Wh-why? Wh-why would you...DO THAT?! You sat in MYYYY spot! *starts to tear up*))
Bio: Samantha is the princess of the Octo-people and will stress that Aquaman is NOT king of the sea, but just king of Atlantis. She was raised many leagues under the sea near Panama by her mother, Penelope. Her father was a human military man who she only heard about through her mother which is why she looks more human than the rest of her species. He was sent with a human ambassador to reassure the land dwellers that there was peace between the two races and as long as the militant land dwellers remained on the land and out of Octo territory, there was peace. Penelope and the officer noticed each other, spent a little time together and fell in love, but the pressure of the sea was getting him sick and he had to go back to the surface or he would've died. The Queen of the Octo's and the soldier never saw each other after that encounter but there are rumors of messages sent to and fro.
Due to pure curiosity, Sam decides to float up to the surface and explore the world of land, secretly keeping an eye out for her father. Walking through a city, she catches a glimpse of television and on it, sees the heroes of the surface. Among them was Aquaman and she couldn't help but wiggle her nose in annoyance.
"I could do that even better! Hmph!"
Then, a commercial appears and on it, a recruitment AD for young heroes staring a yummy little number by the name of Nightwing. Her tentacles went wild in excitement. The location was place called Titan Tower. An Island? Even better! After getting all the information she could on this place through the AD, she set out for it the same day, hoping to prove how much better she was at protecting little land dwellers than that sweaty man-thing called Aquaman!!

Octo~pie came from cutie pie since she's so adorable lol I don't think anyone would really find an Octo~pie appetizing, and that's just how she likes it! Lol!
At first I questioned wither that was a real entry but I like it so accepted.
Also I'll have to give some thought to that Phoenix, the Teen Titans had been disband for five years and are barely reactive so having multiple bases would seem too much for just a short time. To be honest I only thought maybe 4 or 5 people would join this but this is so awesome that people seem so interested. I'll think about what should be dome to account for all the new players. On another note we could use more villains just PM me your idea for one if ya gots one.
I have a question concerning Samantha. Considering she's boneless and able to squeeze in and out of tight places, as well extending her tentacles (which I think is another power in itself) how does she posses super strength? I'm just curious because that powerset does seem to support super strength.

How did I miss that last part...anyways can you fix that recruitment business, that AD would never go out and Athena would personally come to you or you would come to the tower looking to join.
(tbh I kinda skimmed over the CS at 5 in the morning but now rereading it there is a few problems.)
What is Flamable Oily Loogies, (I'm guessing it's her ink or whatever but why is it flamable if she's a sea creature, also explain how she has super strength, is it because of a scaled strength of an octopus? And if she's boneless how does she walk around on land?
So I guess the acceptance is withdrawn til these things are addressed. (hopefully you do cause I like you character, she seems humorous )
