Data has held a car trying to drive off with 1 hand while speaking on his communicater and fixing something at the same time. He's lifed solid iron anvils with 1 hand like they were nothing. They are used in world's strongest man competitions. He's lifted boulders and threw them away like they were made of polystyrene. He's opened jammed doors and airlocks that a Klingon with twice the strength of most humans couldn't. even budge with help from someone else. His body's tensile strength is double that of diamond which itself is over 1000x that of human skin. His hand speed is phenomenal when he is seen using computer panels on the enterprise. Hundreds of x that of humans. Did I mention he's bulletproof? Got shot from a submachine and took zero damage. He doesn't tire. He doesn't require air, food or water. He's snapped limbs off Borg drones. He's taken headbutts from Klingon warriors who have almost knocked themselves unconscious in the attempt.
Still strawmanning I see. I did not make that claim. I implied that just one hit from Data would be severe, since he's as super strong android. Try and grasp the obvious. Try.
Then you know they're on railing and Khan isn't going to flee to run off and "get something" as you try and script.

Direct toe-to-toe, John Khan stands no chance. But he's a smarter fighter, certainly more ruthless. He could conceivably find a way to use his surroundings to take Data out...not unlike how Spider-Man uses his surroundings to take out physically more powerful opponents (eg, Hulk), or even how Shatner Koik took out MontalKhan with that doohicky he whipped out of the engineering station.
