I really want to say Miller, but the way Wax dismantled the guys gun and stabbed him in the throat with the clip was epic, and Wax's neck snap seemed more effortless than Roy's. On the other hand, Roy was taking on CIA assassins, whereas Wax was taking on Mook gang members. And Roy killed the guy with the syringe just as easy as Wax did the guy with the knife. I may still give this to Miller, because he seems faster, and he took on tougher opponents.
