This is somebody WITH TK powers and resistance unlike Khan. However, he then RELEASES her, and now she's no longer caught by surprise and is fully aware of him. She has TK defense and offense, she thus had those in full effect. She states you're going to die... and he PROMPTLY and EASILY removed the weapons from her. So no dummy, again it didn't matter that he came out of nowhere.. he released her.. she was well aware of him then.. and he still disarms her with ease.
Now, this is your last chance... post one feat from Khan showing him having either TK defense or offense... OR show him being stronger physically than Yoda using the force. Either post those feats, or I accept your concession in full.

Show me a single feat from Khan displaying any TK defense or offense OR show me any strength feat from Khan above the strength shown by Yoda using the force. If you're unable to do so, Yoda immediately removes the gun from Khan and proceeds to own him.
