No, I'm talking about the scenes where he's wearing a casual jacket, white t-shirt & jeans & carrying his shield around.

Maybe that's just one sequence they broke up for the trailer.

Movie looks topnotch.

Also falcon with his wings look damn awesome. Batman would be envious, and if he's of shield the uniform makes sense.
There are some comic book characters that get depicted that don't have any damn resemblance at all to the comic book character falcon I don't think is in that category.

Is shied expecting a terrorist attack?
