I'm pretty sure WB wants their expanded universe intact for more than a couple of years. I'm guessing the solo Batman movie will involve Affleck passing the torch to a younger, equally skilled Batman.

Metallo wouldn't be my first choice, I'm holding out hope for Grundy.

Is it just me or does WB seem gun shy after their last few casting choices were received so poorly?

For the record I think Bat-Fleck will be better than Amy Adams.

I'll even say he might steal the show er.. movie.

I think Metallo works better for a Bruce and Clark story, due to the Kryptonite angle.

Grundy is better in a kind of "Legion of Doom" setting, imo.
