Golgo was also excited for the fantastic four film as well as Batman v. Superman. It's safe to say his preferences are questionable.

Apocalypse looks awful. Shame on fox for ****ing his appearance up. Marvel studios would have done him justice.

From these early review, Apocalypse appearance is like the 5th thing wrong with this film. Besides as a villain Marvel would intentionally make him a forgettable one-note stick out tongue

With that said its a shame to hear that this is possibly a step down from DoFP. Hopefully with Wolverine(2017) and this New Mutants thing, Fox can prove Deadpool wasn't a fluke.

But, of course, he's nowhere near MCU Thanos. And MCU only showed him for a few seconds here and there.

Dofp was pretty decent so this will kill their momentum. Marvel studios is on another level than any of these other combined universes at this point. Robtard and Dt would disagree as they love Deadpool but I disagree. It does not compare to marvel studios finest.

Marvel would definitely do a far better job with Apoc. They would at least get his look right, that's for sure.

That said Fox's Quicksilver looked stupid, but he did end up being far more entertaining than Marvel's Quicksilver.

Yeah, MCU rules. No question about it.

IM1, GOTG, TWS, CW are the movies I can't possibly hate. Pure. Awesomeness.

I even liked Thors (both) and I'm far from a fan of that character.

LMAO.. Nah I think Fox just got lucky with that one.

I remember when people complained about his look and Singer was like "he's only a very small part of the film," then when everyone loved him he was like "YES Quicksilver was all me, My idea, you will definitely see more of him!"

But Marvel might have killed him due to some weird deal thing. Don't see why though when Fox never even called him "Quicksilver" Lol

That is good to hear about Cyclops. Had a feeling he would at least be decent or alright from the trailers, despite his younger age.

I liked DOFP as much as the next person, but it honestly became overrated, so I take the comparisons of this movie to it with a grain of salt.

5/10, 6.5/10 and 7.8/10- So pretty mixed. But everyone unanimously agreeing it's a big step down from DOFP.

That said If this film's just "good", like a lot of them are saying (including the schmoes review), then I'd be pretty satisfied with this as a trilogy given how great the last 2 were. Especially if it's true that Cyclops finally gets to shine.
