Collector is collecting them thats for sure. If its for his own purpose of for Thanos , I dont know.
About Loki: remember in Avengers that "the other" told loki that if he ****s up, that there is no where in the universe he can hide from thanos? Also Loki is working for Thanos. thats why Thanos gives him the scepter in the first place. Even if Loki is not happy working for him or has his own motives , the fact remains he is working for Thanos non the less.
If Thanos decides to claim the "gem" that is on Asgard im pretty sure Loki would have to hand it over to Thanos, especially if Thanos already has a few gems in his collection or he would stomp his ass beat. Loki knows what Thanos is capable of. Or else he would not be working under him since Avengers.

True, I guess he will know how to use them already. He's gonna need special tech to yeld some of them like the Tesseract. So prep will be required Im guessing which is nothing new for him.
I think the Guardians of the Galaxy will be the most unique Marvel movie to date. The characters, the environment, the tone... everything about this movie will be a bit different than anything else we've seen in the superhero genre. Rocket Raccoon is gonna be awesome!!! Can't wait for this movie. 14th August you better come soon!

Based on the trailers, there doesn't seem to be much characterization going on with Gamora. I see no effort to add any identifiable traits to the character or even any effort to distort her voice... it pretty much looks like Zoe Saldana in green body paint.
So does the movie franchise "Hunger Games" or "Kill Bill" both starring female action leads. Marvel And Dc are both guilty of not putting a solo female hero on the big screen yet.
Because the trailer makes it look like she's going to have one facial expression the entire movie.

Marvel eff'd up with that crapfest AoS tv show. They could have made a SHIELD movie that featured the Kree, introduced a whole host of ACTUAL SHIELD agents (including Taskmaster), introduce Mar-Vell (maybe even Nova), have Carol and Hill be the focus and have Carol become Captain Marvel in the middle of or at the end of the movie. The sequel could've been SWORD, which has another strong female lead character.
but no, instead they're likely to give us a Black Widow solo movie. gross.
I still dont get why people expected Agents of shield to be filled with super heroes.
It was never advertized that way and even the title says it all "AGENTS OF SHIELD". I dont know why people expected "Marvel Heroes" from a title like agents of shield.
The show is not at fault for people own misinterpretation.
It is basically a show about coulson and his team in the marvel universe dealing with small time stuff. It features on occasion minor Marvel characters and the occasional super powered person. With hints of the bigger MCU from time to time.
Thats it.
anyhow , show started off weak but got real good towards the end.
Thats why its not fair to compare AOS to a show like Arrow because Arrow features an actual Hero as the main character.

errrr, if they didn't want expectations, they shouldn't have tied it the cinematic universe and named it Agents of SHIELD. They should have named that bullsh!t "Coulson and co.", because Agents of SHIELD, with no actual Agents of SHIELD from the comics is false advertising.
it's multiple levels down in quality from any of the movies; it's like a fanmade sequel to a blockbuster movie. Awful.
That excuse is just getting old. Very few people actually expected to see superheros.
AoS sucked because of mediocre writing, mediocre acting and mediocre plots. An interesting, well written SHIELD show would have had far far less complaints.
The surprising plot twist in the last 5 episodes doesn't make up for a crappy season.
