Slade's mirakuru seems more powerful than the super soldier serrum. IIRC, it was mentioned on Arrow that mirakuru makes the skin almost as hard as concrete or something. In any case, Oliver's arrows could hardly penetrate their skin.
Plus, Slade was an excellent fighter even before his transformation. Cap was a skinny asthmatic before his.
No but another person with his blood has. Thrown humans high up in the air and such. Blocked some kind of metal rigging falling unto them without any injury and pushing it off. Tanked gun shots. Stuff like that. Considering that these people got strong by using a sample of his blood, he should be at least as strong if not stronger.
Pretty sure he has CA level strength and better durability. Pretty fast healing as well. And if we tackle this logically, then Slade should also have better fighting skills. So yeah, Slade 7/10
