Endurance/Pain Tolerance is probably not in RoT Bane's favor. While RoT Bane survived getting cooked by his own lightning, DoE Bane tanked something he himself describes as far worse (tendrils), and that was merely a touch. After getting his arm severed, he still had the mental fortitude to invoke essence transfer.
Faster? Zannah, who's witnessed orbalisk bane before, notes that Bane is faster than she could have ever imagined. They're roughly equal in speed, if not DoE Bane being faster.
Stronger? Drugged Bane ripped a durasteel door off its hinges. What strength feats does Orbalisk Bane have?
More devastating lightning? A casual burst of lightning on DoE Bane's part had the destructive capacity to incinerate 4 guards. Meanwhile, Orbalisk Bane trapped in a sphere of his own lightning storm, with the bolts ricocheting back and forth, was obviously a more charged/circumstantial effort. They're comparable here. DoE Bane also has his lightning cocoon.
-And yeah, this was basically all from DMB's essay(s).

How does it not? She's witnessed Orbalisk Bane in action, and the exact quote is: "He was faster than she could have ever imagined." -I'm not sure this is only referring to recently, as opposed to all her experience with Bane.
A sliver of it, yeah. The strength difference is nigh irrelevant, and his increased tactical ingenuity, skill, unpredictability, and force mastery all make up for it.
“He sprang back to his feet, simultaneously drawing his lightsaber with his right hand as he sent a blast of lightning out from the fingertips of his left. The violet bolts should have incinerated all four of his targets on the balcony, yet again the strange power interfering with his ability to draw upon the Force hindered his efforts.”-DoE
He sure as hell wasn't holding back when he attacked Zannah in RoT. And even then she was utterly taken aback by how fast he was in DoE. They're certainly comparable in speed, even if you believe Orbalisk Bane is faster.
nexus feat. He never replicated that speed as of DOE when he was unamped. Just admit Malgus, Kun, Maul, Krayt, Maul and Vader would annihilate him in single combat off a nexus.

Its a separate paragraph, so it doesn't have to solely pertain to what she was talking about in the previous one. Her statement is a blanket one, and it cannot be questioned that the meaning of her words encapsulates their fight in RoT.
Also he did spar with her while in orbalisks. So it's included anyway.
There is some connection, but that doesn't mean it "solely" connects. You can easily write a sentence that pertains to the previous one while also pertaining to other things as well.
"I'd brought eggs from this store before and they were usually pretty cheap.
Now though they were more expensive that I'd ever seen them be."
The eggs are more expensive than I'd ever seen them anywhere, not just at that store. Because I described them as more expensive than "I'd ever seen them be" not just "than I'd ever seen them be at that store". But at the same time the first sentence is connected to the second one by setting it up.
You have to prove your case. Which you haven't. Whether or not you or I believe something is irrelevant.
"She fell into a defensive posture as she so often had during their training sessions."
Doesn't Bane and Zannah duel in RoT when Hetton comes? This confirms DoE is faster then RoT in speed...right?
"You betrayed me!" he roared and leapt at her.
Zannah had watched the battle with interest, taking careful note of Bane's tactics and tendencies and storing them away for later. Her Master easily dispatched Hetton and his minions, as she had expected… though there had been a brief instant near the start of the battle when Bane had appeared vulnerable. Apparently the orbalisks were not able to fully protect him against the electrical current of the force pikes-another fact she made a point of filing away for later.
When it was over her Master turned to face her. She waited for him to demand an explanation, but instead he let loose with a cry and flew at her. Zannah barely had time to ignite her twin blades to meet his completely unexpected attack.
She fell into a defensive posture as she so often had during their training sessions. But this was no drill, and her Master came at her with a speed and ferocity she had never faced before. Giving in to his orbalisk-fueled bloodrage, he was like a wild animal, raining savage blows down on her from all angles, the strikes coming so fast it seemed as if he wielded a dozen blades at the same time. Zannah fell into a full retreat, desperately giving ground beneath the overwhelming assault.
"I did not betray you, Master!" she shouted, trying to make Bane see reason before he cleaved her in two. "I lured Hetton here so you could kill him!"
She ducked under a horizontal cut from his lightsaber, only to catch a heavy boot in her ribs. She rolled with the kick, narrowly avoiding the return cut of his blade. She parried a sharp descending blow, gathered her feet under her, and launched herself backward, flipping ten meters clear.
"Listen to me, Master!" she shouted now that she had put some distance between them. "If I wanted to betray you, why didn't I help them during the-oooffff!"
Bane hit her with a powerful Force throw, sending her hurtling backward. Only the barrier she had instinctively thrown up at the last second to shield herself saved her bones from being shattered by the concussive force of the impact.
She scrambled to her feet and twirled her lightsaber before her, creating what she hoped would be an impenetrable wall of defense. Instead of trying to pierce her guard, Bane leapt high in the air and came down almost right on top of her. She deftly parried his blade, redirecting it to the side as she spun away to keep his body from slamming into her. But Bane caught her on the chin with his elbow as she turned, the blow snapping her head back. Her body went limp, her weapon dropped from her nerveless fingers, and she crumpled to the ground.
For a second she saw nothing but stars. Her vision cleared to reveal the image of Darth Bane looming above her, his blade raised for the coup de grace.
"I only did this for you, Master!" she shouted up at him, ignoring the throbbing pain in her jaw. "I only wanted to bring you the key to creating a Holocron!"
Bane hesitated, her words finally piercing the bestial madness that had enveloped him. He stared down at her on the ground, his head tilting to the side as his bloodlust slowly faded.
"You did this for me?" he asked suspiciously.

Yeah my mistake, didn't cross my mind. However I have read all three books, though I certainly don't remember everything in them, certainly not those lightning feats.
I'd say your lack of knowledge on Dooku makes us even.
1. Utterly unequaled? As I said, Dooku has plenty of speed feats.
As Obi-Wan gave ground, Dooku quickened the pace. His every move was economical and elegant; his lightsaber seemed to be everywhere. Obi-Wan remembered Jocasta Nu telling him, With a lightsaber, in the old style of fencing, he had no match. Now he could see what she meant. Unfortunately.

I won't push semantics and say everywhere > dozen places.
Concerning Grievous, I don't follow. Correct me if I'm wrong here but if four blades are coming at you at once, you are going to need to move much faster than if it were one. Because you need to deflect all four blades individually.
Grievous, snarling fury, ramped up the intensity and velocity of his attacks—sixteen per second, eighteen—until finally, at twenty strikes per second, he overloaded Obi-Wan's defense.
--Revenge of the Sith
Velocity = Speed.
Also, concerning dual-blade fencing, that is exactly what it does:
Dual-blade fighters, whether classical Niman duelists or individuals applying the Jar'Kai tactic, were able to maintain a strong offense, as the speed of attack that two blades allowed would overwhelm most opponents.
--Wookieepedia
All it took was a DS nexus for Dooku to fight as Yoda's near equal.
2. Fair enough, however I don't recall that drexl feat, as I said before I feel as if Dooku refrains from putting too much power into his attacks because it would be wasteful, economy is the defining aspect of his style and he doesn't need to char corpses to kill them. So while Bane may be outwardly superior in this respect, I don't think its a deal closer by any respect.
Techno beasts are obviously, extremely vulnerable to lightning. That doesn't sound like Bane's most impressive feat to me. And was that not when he was wearing his amplifying orbalisk armor. I assume the other feats brought up were not?
3. I find your lack of faith disturbing...
4. I don't doubt his capabilities, but as I said we lack comparable feats. Not that I said that, but metal is generally denser than steel and he collapsed but an archway not the whole building.
And yes, yes he can. I don't know if you watch TCW but in that show Ventress attacks Dooku and after a brief duel Dooku just ragdolls her and takes her lightsabers. Obviously do do what he did there requires a bit of concentration though.
