Hah, and that was the one fatality of the first game (easily having the most controversy at the time) that pretty much led to the creation of the ESRB, back then.
Damn, yeah. Pretty creative it is. Makes me hope even more for Sareena and possibly some other femme fatales in the future.
As I saw someone point out elsewhere though, they made Tanya's hair look too similar to the current Mileena's. The Halle Berry kind of haircut in her concept art prolly would've been more fitting looking for her character.
Tanya's an even bigger deceptive ***** than Rain; who would've thunk it?
With the range of her Dragon Naginata variation, I'm suddenly inspired to start using Shinnok's bone shaper more; the variation with his scepter that was made for him to have longer reach attacks.
Far as using Tanya herself though, I like pyromancer the best so far. The dust move of it increasing her fire damage which also leads up to (IMO) her coolest looking brutality. And uh... yeah. Both her fatalities speak for themselves.
edit: Ya know, the more I see this comic series progress along, the more I feel someone other than John Vogel (whether at NRS or NRS itself just getting a better game writer in general) should write the story for the next MK title. Vogel can hardly write for shit anymore. He's pretty much the reason mostly everyone is still revenants (or why most of the cast became revenants in the first place), why characters' power levels are so inconsistent/all over the place, etc. Granted, even MK9's story had plenty of the latter and similar problems, but its plot was still mostly well received in the end because it had MK 1 -3 nostalgia to fall back upon, whereas MKX did not.

June 30th would be good timing for me if that's the case.
It's just speculation so far, but I'm hearing that a couple of Predator's variations could take influence from Cyrax and Sektor's movesets. Would make sense I guess, but hopefully they won't be recycled movesets but just similar ones the way Shinnok's kinda is to Shang Tsung or something.
