i dont think the 3rd film will follow any of the comic/cartoon stories as the first two film haven't. The characters are all completly different to. Like Rogue is too young and cant fly and is a complete wimp and Wolverine didn't seem to know Sabretooth or Lady Deathstrike as well as he should of known them.
Anyway I would like to see Apocalypse and Mr Sinister in X3 with all the mutants teaming up to stop them.

Director Bryan Singer: "We lost Beast in [X2], we lost Angel. Gambit is a character I like a lot. There are other characters I'd like to explore...I don't know if Halle [Berry] would be back because of the function of her character and her career path. I'd be hesitant to go into a third movie without Wolverine, though."
If Bryan likes Gambit so much, the possibility we caould see him in X3 is very big!

Well yeh he likes Gambit but I read in a site that he says that gambits power is to much like cyclops (I can't figure that one out) and that his personality is to much like wolverine. Also there was a gambit cameo in the 2nd that ended up in the cutting room floor. So who knows.

And what? So because his powers are like Cyclops' and personality like Wolverine's, he can't be in the third part?! It's not a plagiarism or something... and I think that his powerst and character are separate. Gambit is a mysterious, quiet loner who "likes" women lol...  he's someone completely diffrent than Wolverine and I like his powers more that Cyclops'!!! It's absurd! And Beast?! his powers are similiar as Sabretooth! and what with him?!
