Let's just for a moment use the example you cited. So you argue Palpatine will slowly approach Khan without his weapons draw spanning a few seconds. Sidious isn't faster than Khan's weaponry. He's been hit by attacks far slower than that. Based off the evidence Khan wins. Go back to the hole you crawled out of.

What? Yoda's force push was pretty instant to me and he was toying around with maul and savage and those were while he was up close. What evidence you never provided any. You never said what's going to happen if he just chokes Khan like he did those guards? It's in character and canon.
Yoda talked and had to move his hand forward. Maul kicked him. Maul's kicks are far slower than Khan's phasers. Palpatine has his guard down and gave them two seconds to attack. Khan kills him in less than half the time.

Khan fires the gun in less than two seconds that passed before Palpatine used his tk this your own evidence supports my claims. If you believe he uses this right out of the gate and first you need to prove it.

Well considering Khan isn't a force weilder or lightsaber combatant, he would be most closely related to blaster wielding assailants. The only time we have seen Sidious fight blaster wielding assailatnts were the mandalorian guards and he just choked them, so that's all we really have to go off of.
Palpatine gave him over thirty five seconds to raise his hand. That's the point. We see that the mandalorians had no feats and did not attack due to not knowing who he was. They still had him dead to rights. Khan guns him down due to his arrogance which I have cemented.

So? Saying that like that will happen here? We stay what is close to the character and what is close to his character is choking khan from the start since he is more a blaster wielding assailant and that's how he dealt with them. So khan has no feats to suggest he can block TK so he is in the same boat as the mandalorians.
Seriously though ES2, even debating this is falling right into his palms. He's trolled this thread (and the Yoda one for 100 pages).
The only thread worth debating is the Khan vs Ahsoka one. Because that puts Khan back into place. But don't degrade Yoda/Sidious by continuing to let Quanchi troll on these 2 threads ES2.
