Huh, I guess their facial design is pretty different. You know, now that I think about it, maybe Kakashi wasn't copying Sasuke's PS at all. Maybe he just activated Susano'o, since he had both Mangekyo, but it came out as Perfect Susano'o, because of the Hagaromo chakra he gained from Obito... Just a thought. If that's true, then Kakashi can't copy Madara's abilities, but he still has plenty of haxes that vastly outshine Madara's.

The argument you're siding with is the same as saying that Goku could use final flash, since it uses ki. Or that Asuma could use Rasen-shuriken, since he was more adept at wind chakra manipulation than Naruto.

With that covered, I still hold to my previous synopsis; Kakashi may be stronger, but either way they should be pretty closely matched.
I'd assume their Susano'o are similarly powerful.
Kakashi has intangibility; Madara has regeneration, and likely superior Taijutsu (If we are to compare Obito's performance against Minato to Madara's against Tobirama.)
Kakashi has Kamui hax; Madara has Limbo, Energy absorption, Chibaku Tensei, and most importantly the Gedo Mazou's insane hax powers.
Idk, Madara seems pretty stacked to me. If Kakashi is stronger, it shouldn't be by all that much IMHO.
