Not really. If he were, he wouldn't be so blatanly obvious about what his real intentions are with Muslims and Christians. He thinks he's fooling everybody while, in reality, he's only fooling liberals. I mean really, warning ISIS truck drivers right before he bombs them? LOL. How stupid does he think we are? Oh, sure. All those drivers were civilians. *rolls eyes*. Sure they were.
That's just one example of many. Another obvious treasonous act is when he released those 4 or 5 gitmo terrorist prisoners right after Paris attacks while the world was looking the other way.
Now he wants to flood our country with a bunch of potential terrorists while talking about taking our guns away which is our only reliable means to defend ourselves. I know he says he just wants tighter gun laws but I don't believe him. That may be all he wants for now but, imo, his ultimate goal is to take away all our guns. He's just trying to do it the smart way by making one step at a time. If he gets what he wants, after the next mass shooting, he will want even more control laws. He will eventually want them all, trust me. It's certainly what that b**** Hilldog wants too. She even admitted it. She couldn't keep her loud mouth shut. I posted a link to the relevant article a while back.
There's much more of course. Like how he claims to be a Christian and yet his actions clearly demonstrate he favors Islam... Like I said though, he's only fooling liberals. He thinks we're all as stupid as the people who voted for him.

it's a misconception that al qaeda denounced ISIS because they were "too extreme"... al qaeda and ISIS became enemies over politics... basically al nusra and ISIS had a falling out because the leader of ISIS wanted complete control over both the sunni regions of iraq and syria, with al nusra become a subgroup within ISIS. the leader of al nusra didn't want to cede power to ISIS, and instead wanted to control syria himself. they appealed to al zawahiri, leader of al qaeda, for council.. and he ruled in favor of al nusra. ISIS defied this order and launched a war against al nusra... and because of this, they were denounced by al qaeda. not because they are too evil or too extreme. though they are clearly much better at posturing and creating effective propaganda which and sends that message to the world.
obama didn't create ISIS, your boy bush did. they arose out of the political instability which resulted from the mistakes of the 2nd iraq war. a good number of their members are the same insurgents that the US was fighting during that war.
Pretty sure the duration of two presidencies, two wars, and constantly bombing of that region can be attributed to Obama and Bush and perhaps even earlier administrations if you want to hazard making an argument for Reagan as well

if you want to go back far enough we can blame the british for drawing the lines which created this fake country in the first place
but in more immediate terms.. it was the 2nd iraq war where we decapitated the state, banned the baath party, are turned over power to the shia. these are the direct courses of action which gave rise to ISIS. all of which happened prior to 2008.
the only thing you can possibly blame obama for is pulling out.... which was already planned by bush & co as well. and if we didn't pull out, i am dead sure that people would be saying "look: obama hasn't even left iraq yet. what an evil man."
