2016 looks like it has a chance to be the best year for the MCU

NemeBro is a poser. She doesn't even watch movies before trying to debate them

Yeah my comment was more towards how Marvel wants the character to be handled. Afterall the Mandarin isn't magic based at all and Asgardians were demoted to aliens.
They've really nailed Strange there. Cumberbatch looks great, and I have faith that he will do the role justice. Rest of the known cast also looks positive so far, so I am really looking forward to this.

The Mandarin's a little-bit-of-everything villain. He uses mundane military force, science, chi-mysticism, a little bit of ritual magic, and occasionally acquires a magic plot-device.
If I had to say what the core of the character is, I'd actually say money. He seems to have limitless resources to spend kidnapping scientists, building mundane armies, digging up magic plot-devices, and training himself in whatever.
Which Iron Man cartoon? Every Iron Man cartoon version is wildly different from both each other, and from the comic version.
The comic version of The Mandarin is a bit-of-everything villain whose biggest power is probably money, since he seems able to spend more than some countries on mundane military forces, kidnapping scientists, digging up magical plot-devices, and training himself in science, martial arts, chi-mysticism, ritual magic, whatever.
